Community Counseling and Wellness Centers is now a partner with Third Street Family Health Services. Close-to-home healthcare services are important for patient well-being and safety. Our partnership will help strengthen the availability of local mental health services and link our patients to an in-house network of primary care options.

Headquartered in Mansfield, Third Street Family Health Services is a network of non-profit community health centers that focuses on improving the health of the greater community and removing barriers to wellness. Third Street provides behavioral health, community health worker, dental, medical, medication-assisted treatment, OB/GYN, pediatric, pharmacy, podiatry, and special care services across 11 locations in northcentral Ohio.
